Art Organizations
Mendocino Art Center is an educational, exhibition, and resource center for the visual and performing arts located in the village of Mendocino.
 
Gualala Arts has served Sonoma and Mendocino County coastal residents and visitors with year-round programs of art, music, theater, and education.
 
North Coast Artists' Guild was formed in 1997 to assist local artists in improving their incomes and reputations. Guild activities include the annual Studio Discovery Tour, local exhibits, membership meetings, portfolio reviews, community involvement, an Internet list serve and web site, and scholarship funding.
 
The Discovery Tour event is sponsored by The North Coast Artists' Guild and is held on two weekends beginning on Labor Day. The Guild has been putting on this annual event for 4 years.
 
Mendocino Artists & Artisans.com is a not-for-profit consortium of Artists, Artisans, and Craftspeople joined together to promote web access for the display of their skills and talents. The site is FREE to Mendocino Artists and Artisans.
 
The Arts Council of Mendocino County is the designated partner to the California Arts Council. Learn about some of the thirty plus arts organizations, ACMC's goals and programs.
 
The Gloriana Opera Company has, over the years, consistently offered shows and programs that reflect the wishes and needs of the Mendocino Coast. Center Stage musicals in our still new (still unfinished) theater have been augmented by concerts and by specialty shows.
 
The Symphony of the Redwoods was founded in 1983 and is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. Over the years it has grown to 45-50 amateur and professional musicians and draws its membership from Mendocino, Humboldt, Lake and Sonoma Counties.
 
Coastal Area Information and Resources
The Redwood Coast Chamber of Commerce is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization promoting northern Sonoma and southern Mendocino County's coastal area. The website includes links providing direct access to other Internet sites in the area.
 
Mendocino Search & Travel provides it’s users with resources and information to make the most of their visit to Mendocino County.
