Print this form and mail the completed form to the above address, deliver to the CITYART gallery or present to the committee. If photos or sketches are included, please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope for return.
The committee meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM. Proposals will be reviewed by the committee on these days and will contact the applicant regarding their decision. Appointments to meet with the committee may be made by writing or calling as indicated above.
Criterion for acceptance will include gallery availability, time and space requirement, category, theme or media overlap, community interest or involvement. Artists are encouraged to view the Show Management Guidelines before submitting this proposal. Also, please print out a copy of the Exhibition Contract and review it.
